
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that guides you through a state of wakeful sleep; in order to relax the brain waves and open the subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy is a gateway to the subconscious mind where we store old memories, sensations, and feelings. All of these memories in our subconscious can affect our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us.

What is Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy?
Past Life Regression (PLR) is another form of hypnotherapy in which the client recalls a memory from a previous life or incarnations. As many of us go throughout our busy lives in this life, these memories are usually concealed beneath the noise of everyday thoughts. With the intention we can access these memories and experiences that are normally hidden in the subconscious mind, creating impact on daily life. A PLR session, just like regular hypnotherapy sessions or guided meditations, bring you out of the energetic noise and into a deeply quiet and peaceful state. In this state your brain waves are more relaxed and can more easily begin to locate the memories held in your subconscious mind.

What to expect?
The sessions will be held in person or over zoom where you will be able to comfortably lie down and relax.
The sessions take anywhere from 1 hour to an hour and a half in the hypnotherapy. Additionally there will be time for discussion before and after the session to prepare and integrate. You will be fully clothed and actively engaged throughout the session.
The session will begin like a guided mediation and the session involves practitioner questioning, guiding, and discussion throughout.
